If you wish to return the product you have ordered from us, we would greatly appreciate it if you could tell us why you want to return it. Below you will find all the information you need to make a return with us.

Return / Undo purchase
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. We offer a 14-day right of return from the day you receive the item. If you wish to return an item, please follow our returns instructions. The products must be returned well wrapped and in the original packaging in unused and salable condition.
To perform a return, do the following
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
- Attach the return label that came with the package.
- Deliver the package to the post office or mail in store.
- The package can be tracked from the moment it is scanned at the delivery point.

Send us an email at kundeservice@keepitnordic.no if you wish to return your item(s). Remember that you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Complaint
If there is a fault with the item, you have the right to complain for 2 years from when you received the item. This requires that you notify us within a reasonable time and that you present a receipt and/or order number that the item was purchased from us. The same applies if you discover that a product has been damaged during transport or if you discover other discrepancies in the delivery, e.g. that the number of products is wrong or the product model differs from your order. To report a complaint, send an email with the order number/receipt and a photo of the complaint to kundeservice@keepitnordic.no so that we can look into the matter. Of course, we cover the return costs in the event of complaints.
